Technique
-Run on balls of feet.
-Use Arms.
Base Running Infield Hit.
-Get good jump out of the box.
-Do not be a spectator and watch the ball when first hit.
-Check to see where the ball is on the way to first.
-Touch the front of the base with either foot.
-Run through first base.
Stealing Base
-Get a good jump
-Run hard.
